As soon as I installed the expansion packs University and Open For Business on my Mac, the game announced conflicts that prevented play. A thorough testing of all customised files (about 1600 that I have) identified the problem as inSIMenator 1.6. I am currently playing without that file.

I've been searching for any information about this and found none. I've also searched MTS2 for "InSIMenator" and found no threads later than v1.4. That seems odd.

Does anyone have any advice about re-using InSIMenator with these new Mac expansions?

The current version of Insim is 2.5, 2.4 if you don't have pets, so maybe yours is outdated and not compatible with yur expansions.
