Is it poss to reduce verticles and faces?

Currently playing Sims 4 full collection. (and fixing my mods folder)

Thank you very much everybody for yours messages.
Ailias, I can't reduce polycounts because the mesh needed this.
But, comparating with cars in download on the net, or with the palm of Maxis, my mesh is less big. Palm of maxis : more than 2000 vertices. Here, my palm : 1456 vertices.
Some cars on the net : more than 3000 vertices !

The palms look cool

I don't think the poly counts are too high. They are still have way fewer polys than my cypress trees :D
