I want to do default eyes to vampires, because I have done default eyes to normal sims and aliens, so that would be great addition to my set.

I searched, but I didn't find any tutorial that could help me..

So, am I just blind, or does anyone else know?

The vampire eyes and skin textures are one in the same file you so need to create a default replacement vampire skin file - you can keep the skin tone the same if you like the Maxis version and simply change the eye texture if it's really just the eyes you want different.

Check out the default skin replacement thread for an easy tutorial on how to make default replacement skins - they've included template files for all the skin tones available in the game, including vampires, that you can easily modify as you need.
