I dunno if i can use the program GIMP 2 to make meshes and also, my meshes i have created have all gone blurry around the edges on the actual game!! Can i sort this, and how??? I really need help cos im new 2 this, and i dont know if i'm going the right way to designing meshes

Uhm, GIMP is a graphics editor, not a meshing program. It won't do 3d models at all. If you're recolouring clothing you should be in the Body Shop Skinning forum, not Body Shop Meshing. Meshes are new 3d models. If you're just using GIMP and Body Shop then you're not doing anything as advanced as meshing.
