 Downloaded wall papers were installed properly yet do not show up...

Hi there, I downloaded a pack of wallpapers from jonesi on the reflexforum, I installed in the downloads folder..it didnt show up, i tried installing with clean installer..it still didnt show up.. does anyone know what else i can try.. heres the link t the download http://www.reflexsimsforum.com/showthread.php?t=394 please help!!
