I need some serious help in making new eye colors bodys clothes and hair because i dont know how to do it and the sim game that i bout the body shop wont work so i had to download another body shop but can someone tell me about how to work it thank you for everyone that reads and that is able to help me out!!!

You cannot use the downloadable Body Shop to make new meshes as it does not take custom content. It is extremely limited and I do not recommend the use of it for anything but making facial sculpts. You need the version that actually comes with the game functioning. There is info on that here:

Also, you posted in the -meshing- area so I am assuming you are asking about meshing - but either way you need the game Body Shop working if you want to be making new Body Shop content - meshes or otherwise.

Also sounds like maybe you did come to the wrong area - the part about learning how to change colors, etc, of bodyshop content is over there: http://www.modthesims2.com/forumdisplay.php?f=20

Once you get your bodyshop working, there are a lot of tutorials for learning how to recolor things, which you should work on before trying meshing.
