i am having the hardest times transfering my game files from one account to another....i purchased seasons...and for some reason i cant play any of my games under the special account i had for the sims...after i installed seasons...none of my sims games will play on that account....so i had to go back to my main account just to play, i have noticed none of my downloads, lots or anytime is under my main account, they are all on my sims account...these games are getting worst everytime they put out a new EP, becoming more trouble than they are worth..i have been trying to burn my downloads ect to cd...but it keeps saying there is not enough space, and when i try to play under my sims account..keeps sayin please place in the sims cd..and its already in the drive...same error keeps poppin up...i guess i need to know how do i transfer my files back to my old account? someone please help me!!!! spoiled_rotten

All you have to do is copy the EA Games/Sims2 folder from the My Docs folder of the one account to the other. Right-click on the Start button and choose Explore. Under the C drive listing will be a 'Documents and Settings' folder with all the accounts subfoldered there. |
