 Can not Build around Butterflies

I tried to build a wall but it said can not intersect objects. Well There is no objects on the lot except for the butterflies. I have attached a pic with my problem. As you can see the gap in the wall where I can't build. How do I fix it without having to change the building I had in mind? Which was just a plain rectangle shape. Thanks. |

I had this problem recently too and had to use the stuck object remover at MATY. It nuked the butterflies so I could build my foundation. Don't feel bad though... more butterflies came back later. :D |

Thanks I will try it after I try something else just told me to do. And that was to build a pond around it so that sim can't get to the butterflies and wait for the butterflies to disappear. But your suggestion and link is helpful considering we get stuck objects all the time. I will download it anyway. Thanks. |

The pond thing didn't work but placing flowers somewhere else on the lot did. Thanks for your help. |

you need to get your sims to catch the butterflies then build etc. then when you have finished get your sims to release them. |
