Hi everybody!
I'm trying to create a 1 tile angle desk, like on the pics. The best way for it, as I thought, was to make a normal 1 tile desk and then turn it in the game on 45 degree. But here I have a problem. The desk becomes inaccessible for my sims. No matter how close or far I put a chair for them, they can't sit on it and work on the computer. Without 45 dergee turn everything is ok, except for the position of the table. It is supposed to be in the angle of the room, not by a wall.
Is there any way to fix it?

Some things can't be used by Sims at a 45 degree angle unfortunately, I'm not sure how complex it would be to adjust, whether its an animation issue or routing, hopefully someone with a brain will be able to answer that one lol, but its a neat object, I would probably just build the walls at an angle and put it in the corner if I downloaded it lol!

How about making the desk on a straight angle, and building your room diagonally? Then the desk would still appear to be in a corner

Yes, I thought about it too. But it would be a little strange to build a house around a table, wouldn't it? lol

You wouldn't have to build the whole house that way, just the one room. Heck, maybe not even the whole room - just that corner.

Well, I've tried to build that corner and the desk looks there as it is supposed to look and everything works well. Even if I had to use a cheat to place it exactly in the corner... But it is a minor problem.
The greater one is that I'm trying to model a real house with a certain design, so in order to keep to the reality I'd need to turn 45 degree all the house. That would cause lots of problems with many other objects in the house, because I'll have to place diagonally almost all of them...
It would be much better to find some way to fix this very desk... If only it is possible. If not I'll have to leave it unfunctional...
