 Where is the neighborhood downloading tutorial?

I can't figure out how to download neighborhoods and have them show up in my game. Can someone give me the link to the tutorial because I can't find it =[ Thanks. |

If you're talking about neighborhood terrains (that don't have any lots or sims on them, just the base terrain), then the SC4 and PNG files in the download are placed into the SC4Terrains folder under the Sims 2 folder in My Documents. |
