It is great to see Batman, Joker and Two Face as sims. I missed them in comics for many years.
Update: July 2009-I am back now to make invisible and tranparent recolors again in sims 2. You can pm me if you want your objects to be invisible and transparent from now.

I got a new computer, but it is unlikely that Riddler, Mad Hatter, or Catwoman will be finished (again) anytime soon with the delay. In the meantime I'me trying to get some current projects done such as the NEW Joker from TDK

you asked about having some kind of mesh for makeing short sims. i like the panguin. anyway, you don't need a mesh. there is a cheat code that you can use and it's permanent and you can alway change it back... though...

As for the 'permanent grin', just make his mouth that way with the plastic surgery station, extra wide and extra smiley. Or, if you don't want to 'cheat' to get that aspirtaion reward, I think the T.A.R.D.I.S. that someone on here made could alter facial structure and there's the Insiminator. That way it's not in their genetics and their kids won't be scarred for life!
