First I did a clean instal, and regedit, second looked at wiki, but did not find a solution.
All expacks load fine except seasons. It stops at 63% and I get a body shop error/ dll. I've tried several times to reinstall, clean my disk, and unistall, but nothing works. Thanks for your help

Did you try the manual installation instructions in this faq? http://www.modthesims2.com/article.php?t=82492

No, but i read through it. It seems a last ditch kind of thing, and a complicated solution. I should edit and say the error was tsbin/ dll problem. Thanks for your help though.

It may be complicated but when you can't fully install normally with a clean disk your options are to try a manual install and if that doesn't work get a replacement disk from EA.
