Is there any way to change the skin tone genetic of an already existing Sim? I want to change the appearance of this Sim without losing their skills and relationships etc.

I had thought it possible to hack into the package file using SimPE like an object recolour but I've had no such luck, are there any experts (or people with basic knowledge) in the field who can help me?
