How could be maked objects in 3Ds Max 8 for The Sims 2? Can someone make a tutorial please.

The same way you make objects with any 3D program. If you don't know how to use your 3D program then Google is your friend, use it (or your preferred search engine of choice) to find tutorials on how to use it. Max is a fairly grown up program so be prepared to do a lot of reading.
