 A problem with Sims2 Seasons and Clean Installer

When I use either Sims2 Seasons or the Clean Installer I have reload at least one of them if not both before I can use the Clean Installer or play Sims2 Season. I don't get an error message and with Sims2 Seasons I only get the first image that is before it loads the EA logo and then nothing happens. |
