I had to stop and comment when I saw your little house, it looks almost identical to the real house that I own!

I've been playing with this house, and I love it- it makes a great vacation cabin for Bon Voyage neighborhoods. Thanks so much!

I love the loft and I love that the noise from downstairs won't bother them.

This could also be a cool house for a romance sim. And if used with some hip walls and furniture, it could also be really hip and modern looking. Great versitality to this lot.
Thank you for sharing. I'll end up with half of your uploads this way ;-D

pwzilly3, the lot is not difficult to make. Look carefully at the overview pictures, and you should be easily able to make your own.

Get a mini 1x1 lot (I have sunny ones here, check my profile), put down some walls for the ground floor. Put in the upstairs room. Add roofing - shed roof for the front edge, gable along the top of the upper floor. Then put in stairs - you may need to use the moveobjects cheat to place them. Voila, house!

Or, keep trying to get it by download. You'll probably manage it in the end.
