I recently moved my sims game to a new hard drive. I uninstalled everything that had anything to do with the sims game or so I thought. I am trying to install sims2cleanpack on the new drive and I keep getting the message that I already have an older version installed and I need to remove it before I can reinstall the program. Well, I have checked my pc with the search function and the only file it found was a deleted shortcut in the recycle bin and I removed it. I am still getting the message and it will not let me install sims2cleanpack. Any suggestions as to what I need to do next. Thank you |
