Thanks, I got the idea from some of the new houses being built nearby. Seems alot of the houses are using "open floor" plans..

Very nice! Simple, classic and it looks very Sim-friendly. A tip: try turning off the grid-lines when taking screeshots - it will make your creations look even more real! Keep up the good work!

Cool, thanks! im working on a newer version of this house with a basement/two car garage and a larger upstairs with a couple more domers.
