Hello, this is my 1st time posting an issue so I will try to explain the problem
clearly. When my sims try and use the phone and I click on the phone
it says there are no actions available and this problem is in all my
neighborhoods. The problem seem to have appeared when one of my families
sims tried to get milk but an error box came up and it said to reset, ignore,
or delete. I hit delete and that seems when the phones became unworkable.
Does anyone have a solution or maybe experienced this problem? Thanks.

The problem was definately custom content related. I deleted the milk/oj file because
i believe that was where the problem came from. As soon as I did that my phones
were working. Thanks for directing me to the finding the issue.
