Custom accessories flashing blue in-game?

 It won't let me buy any clothes!!

For some reason whenever I try to buy clothes for my Sim it won't let me. I can go to the community lot, but when I click on the clothing rack and when I click buy it won't let me. It'll go up to the left hand corner and then it'll disappear! Help please!! |
