Hello, there. i was just curious as to how one would change the gender of an object. Like, say I wanted to change a piece of clothing from male to female or the other way around. How would I go about that?

This is surface-trivial, but yet not-so. While you can easily flip an object to be male/female/unisex by editing its property set, the mesh will likely be incompatible, and things like the neck won't line up, etc. In short, if you don't already know, you probably just can't.

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I cannot accept, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of those I had to kill because they pissed me off.

Pretty easy for toddler and child, requires meshing (as JM says) for other ages.
