It's a cute house, but it crashed on me when I clicked on it in my lot bin.

Its great, but i just wanna change the fire place, one included insn't to my taste. But it doesn't delete the whole thing, only the actual fire place (ie not the brick or chimney), it then wont let me put my own in.

How can i?

Yes, you can modify as your own taste if you want.

Yea, it does the exact same thing for me, not had a problem with anything else i've downloaded, just this house, any reason for it? as it looks like a nice house i would like to use in my neighbourhood

This is really nice; I love the shape and exterior (plus it's a starter home)! Great work on this lot :)
