 will everything on my sims2 disks disappear if i re-install the same disks to my new computer?

hi everyone, i have a problem: i have 2 computers. 1 computer i have all my sims2 expansion packs installed there. i was wondering if i install the same expansion packs to my new computer, will everything disappear? i havent tryed to do this yet because i am afraid all my saved houses/lots/families will be gone. |
