Late information is better than nothing: If you don't have the recolor (or don't want to install it with this lot), the lot will appear with the standard roof color from basegame (I think it's the dark brown one).

All roof angles etc will be the same as in my uploaded version.

Why do you think of Canada? I think the Housewives (=Fairview) are at home in the USA. And I'm from germany. So maybe neither the housewives nor myself know how grocery stores look like in Canada....

Love your little grocery store. It's so beautifully planned and decorated. Thank you for keeping it simple and focused on one purpose. It compliments my low-key suburban neighborhood perfectly.
