Super cheap "econo box": One bedroom that also serves as dining and living room, tiny kitchen, showerbath. But it sits on a 1x2 lot, so there's room to grow.

No fire or burglar alarm, all other basics included.

Custom content:
- Craftmeister double bed by myself
- Two wallpapers by HolySimoly
- Not included: the roof recolour is by Neveah223 @ ESB, from this thread.

Two bedrooms, yay! The single one is tiny and empty, but it serves the purpose. Has room for a driveway, as well (I recommend frillen's invisible one).

No fire or burglar alarm, all other basics included, no extras.

Two bedrooms (a double and an empty single one), showerbath, no extras. This has a recognisable living area with room for a couch and perhaps a TV; the double bedroom also has a couple of tiles of free space.

No fire or burglar alarm, all other basics included, no extras. Room for a driveway next to the house (Invisible Driveway by frillen recommended).

Small house, but on a relatively large lot (this is the biggest one of these, 2x2), with two bedrooms and a bathtub. No fire or burglar alarm, all other basics included. Room for a driveway next to the house (frillen's Invisible Driveway recommended as always).

Please note: I've only seen on the screenshots that the bathtub is facing the wrong direction -- please turn it around by 180° so that your sims can get in.

Two bedrooms that are *both* furnished, separate half-bath downstairs and bathtub-bath upstairs, all basics except fire/burglar alarm included. Plus a dresser, and a mirror. This one is playtested, as well -- the upstairs floor (stuff underneath the roof slope) is fully useable.

Two bedrooms, both furnished, one of them would be large enough for two single beds if you throw out the desk (the main one is a double as usual). With TV! Also includes fire and burglar alarm.

Room for a driveway next to the house (frillen's Invisible Driveway recommended).

Two bedrooms, one bathroom with tub, has fire and burglar alarms as well as a TV and a couch to watch it on. The second bedroom is unfurnished, would sleep two if you squeeze them, has a door to the garden.

Room for a driveway next to the house (use the frillen one, it's the best driveway ever).

They're all different, and all have interesting details, I like that. My favorite is the pink one because of the trellis by the door. I would so plant clematis or morning glories on it in real life. What a great set for setting up a new neighborhood. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for this incredible collection. Looking at these, I get a hankering for budget stores/eateries to match. Hope you don't mind if I use some changelotzoning magic on a couple of them? (I can't tell you how much use I get out of the market booths in Baskerville.)

I love your creations, plasticbox. I have downloaded every house you've made (I prefer the smaller houses anyway). Thanks for this new collection.

I appreciate everyone's feedback -- but please don't post any more "This should be featured!" remarks, or I'll have to go stompinate them. I know you only mean to say that you like it, but there's a reason we don't allow this kind of comment (see the site rules): features are at the discretion of staff *only*, they're not a public vote.

Thank you =)
