I cannot install Takemizu Village on Bon Voyage. I installed it once and then had problems with custom content and had to reinstall it. I deleted all entries of Bon Voyage in the registery. But after the 2nd install it had Sims still on Vacation that couldn't return home ever. It had some sims living in Vacation houses. Worse it cannot create Takemizu Village. I have tried reinstalling all of the Sims 2 ganes.I have all of them plus all ep's. I deleted custom content.Nothing helps.Now I have a couple who have went on vacation who cannot return home and it cannot load their house. I cannot delete it or move them out.I contacted E.A Games and they are no help. Just say reinstall. which isn't working.Thanks for any help.

Wait wait, slow down and make more sense.
You uninstalled BV, right - so you had backups of your My Docs/EA Games/The Sims 2 folder? Then you reinstalled BV... and put back your Sims 2 folder. If that's what you did, the neighbourhood should still have Takemizu village.
If you didn't backup your Sims 2 folder, all your simmies would have been deleted anyway, including subhoods and holiday destinations.
Which did you do - backup or not backup?
