I intended to create a Bellatrix that was more in accordance with how I envisoned her. As the title explains, it was subsuquently rejected, possibly because her features were'nt unique enough. What do you think? |

I'd say you've got the facial structure right, but the eyes, lips and nose are all very Maxis. |

Still needs a lot more work on the nose, but you did a great job with the lips. What were the original reasons of rejection? |

Um...let me think a little. Reasons 1. face wasn't unique enough 2. something about not having the proper links for the custom content utilized 3. Incorporating hair from a site that didn't allow redistribution 4. the Clean Installer file was apparently corrupted somehow--leaving nothing in the rar file Thanks for the complement on the lips! And here's my new and improved nose. |

Hmm, I still think the structure of the nose needs work, but it is nevertheless improved. I'd suggest making some make up to go on it, its amazing sometimes the difference it can make

How about some darker lipstick? It does look quite good, although the red lipstick looks out-of-place. |

the nose is too big and too maxis, it looks out of place on the sim. Otherwise: dark and tragic joy!!! *cupcakes* |

Chin bothers me... a little long, a little boxy, a little "disconnected" from the rest of the face by the thinness of the cheeks. |

i'm not sure if your intention was a cartoony look or not, but either way i think if you made her eyes a few clicks smaller it would make a world of difference. otherwise i think she's pretty cool

Well, I think I fixed the nose (not really, but I need something to write for the description). Thanks for your help/comments! P.S. I'm encoutering a little problem with the hair in body shop. See, I modified some random sim that I already had to create Bellatrix, however it came with no hair mesh. When I try to change the hair that's depicteded, there are no options in the hair bin, evidently causing a bit of problems when my downloaders discover that their sim has no hair. |

I like it, but her pupils seem too big, making her look more like she's, uh, on drugs or something. Which, knowing Bellatrix, might be true. Anyways, my suggestion is, yes, make her eyes narrower. Besides, narrow usually = menacing. Otherwise, you've got some great creepy going on. |

Here is a fix for the hair problem: http://www.sims2wiki.info/wiki.php?...ed_in_Body_Shop I really can't see any problems with the sim. She looks unique to me. Could we see pictures of the clothes she's wearing? |

Thanks everyone! I'll definately try your suggestions. ![]() And here are the pictures of the dress you requested! I'm sorry that I took the pictures in bodyshop; I really had no choice because I forgot my Sims CD at a relative's house. Moving on, there's a bit of a seam around the wasit line although I completely grey-filled the texture when I modified the Maxis mesh. I honestly can't seem to do anything about it. Judging by my craptastic art skills, I'm feeling pretty smug about myself regarding the laces, but I don't know if I should be. |

I'm also concerned about the sleeves. Do you think they have enough shading? |

Some in game pictures would be nice. Bodyshop is way to dark to check for shading! |

Well, the biggest problem I see is that you used a Maxis mesh that has that horrid looking string in the back. Try using this mesh, which is the exact same but without the dangly: http://linna.modthesims2.com/download.php?t=43093 The top's texture is really nice but the bottom is almost pitch black. I consider the whole outfit to be a bit too dark (even for black) but that's more a matter of opinion than anything. |

i agree with the bottom half i think its might be too black or maybe it just needs some more texture or just more definition to it? and the dangly thing has got to go lol |
