I've deleted UNI and now I always get the uninstalltion massage that talls that I can reinstall UNI and I will not delete the suburb, but I keep getting this massage at the game start up... any help?

My idea:
I may solve it by putting a false UNI suburb .package files, what are there names? thats what I need to know!
