I made some eyes for practice, but when I put them on my sim, it's all blurry. And it's not a file quality problem or anything, because the whole face shows up blurred. I don't have any other CC that does this D:

When you made your eyes, did you use Build DXT, not Import? Did you use DXT3 or DXT5? I've had blurry eyes before from using the wrong format, but never a whole blurry face. Cat you outline the steps you used to make the eyes? It might help us figure out what happened.

Uhm, I made the project, then I edited the eye (but not the alpha), then I saved the file as a .bmp, then I refreshed in bodyshop, then imported to game.

I've recolored other CC before, so it only happens with eyes... this is the second time it's happened.

Just as well you did. May I suggest you check TUTORIAL: Creating Eyes using Gimp?

Because I'm still a bit confused about what the bluring refers to,
can you please post a pic of the blurred face with the eyes
and a pic of the alpha and the texture?

Default eye. Obviously, nothing is wrong.

Custum eye. Still, nothing wrong.

Eye after importing. Notice the blur.

Eye before importing. This is how the eye should look.

Hmmm...Honestly,I can't see a difference betwwen the eyes in the model
with custom skin and the model with manequin skin,
somebody correct me if I'm wrong!I noticed though, that you've painted the whole sclera black, and that might be the reason why it looks blurred
in a custom and dark skin...Can you try coloring it in a similar color
to the skin, and see if it gets more clear?

If you pay attention to the detail in the face (which is why I used a skin with a lot of detail) the one with my eyes is blurry ^^ not only in the eyes, but the whole face

Can you post up the .bmp files you're using to recolour here, and maybe your finished .package file from SavedSims too? Not just images of them, but actually attach the files - stick them in a rar or zip and attach them using Go Advanced and then Manage Attachments.

How come your image files are only 256x256? Try making them 512x512 and see if that works. I suppose the blurring could be the game/graphics trying to enlarge your image and blurring everything. I changed the sizes and I didn't see a blur, but I don't have a very detailed skintone to see if it really worked.
