Well, my sims will be insanely poor after they buy it, but I guess it's worth it, seeing as it's a nice house.

I hate to be rude, and please feel free to ignore me, but I would really love to know how you get your modular stairs on split levels like that. I've used the indoor foundation, but not with as good an effect.

I basically just like to play uglacies.

No, it's not needed.

This is a very quaint house (ohoho, posh word!!) with lots of potential! Like the spare room being turned into an office, or workshop.... great stuff!

This house is genius, plasticbox. I loved it. When I downloaded it, I was surprised to see that it was a split level. It made my day! I as also surprised at the upstairs walls, and as much as I loved the house, I went completely wacko w/the walls upstairs and it is now my most used house. THX u for uploading.

I love how there is space for a cot in the main bedroom, for those tired simmies who don't wanna trek downstairs!
I'm loving your houses. Gives me more time to play the sims..
