ummmitslexie Original Poster Test Subject Join Date: Jan 2006 Posts: 16	Ok so this is really weird...I tried going into CAS one time and my sims weren't in the CAS room. Instead, i could actually see them standing on the grass outside the window. So i rotated the camera and I was able to see the entire CAS building, a lot of blue sky, and the grass where my sim was standing, except she was facing away from me. Please help me fix this! thanks

ummmitslexie Original Poster Test Subject Join Date: Jan 2006 Posts: 16	Yes they move (like doing that twirly thing), i can change clothes, faces, aspirations, make babies, and then play them later. But the problem is I can't see what i'm doing.

So far as I know, it isn`t supposed to be possible to move the camera around in CAS, like we can in regular play. Do you have a custom CAS screen installed? If so, does it have the two objects that you cannot buy but must have in every CAS screen? There is one for the mirror, the turntable, and most of the decorations, all in one room, and another for the camera, backdrop, et al, in the other room.

I`m sorry I wasn`t clearer: I meant "Do they just stand there, like usual in CAS but in the wrong place, or do they behave like 'living' Sims, attempting to interact with each other and the environment?" It might be cool if it were the second; if it is, and you figure out how to fix it, please let us know how, so we will have a shot at doing it deliberately. As you have never installed a custom CAS screen, I`m out of ideas for the moment. Good luck!

Good call Gareth, I was thinking this is most likely to do with a config or script mod.
ummmitslexie, please test first with a clean Sims 2 folder and tell us if it works. You really should try all of the FAQ articles before posting; it is a requirement.
