I found the mesh if anybody is having issues with JustSims2!!!! It's at the sims2graveyard under fabulousims in the section of 'other' and you need to click on the rar file called - fabulousims_sims_3 It is not a sims 3 package either!!!! It's just a sim file but the hair mesh it included in it.

Link at JustSims2 has just worked ok for me. The mesh is not obvious as only shows the front of the hair without the twist up at the back! The mesh is called Helga 80 but the pictures have Helga 86 on them. Apart from that it's easy! Lovely recolours, I usually have at least one sim with this hair in my game, great for those elegant politicians, doctors etc

I found another place to get the mesh as of May 7th, 2017. https://hat-plays-sims.dreamwidth.org/21396.html It's the one called "Rags to Royalty" Hope this helps.
