 Extracting an Outfit from In-Game

There's an outfit that's not available in BodyShop but it is available in the debug mode of CAS and if when you choose an outfit for your employees. I would like to make the outfit available so any of my sims can wear it and available for me to recolor it and such. However, I am unsure as to how to get it out of the game itself and into BodyShop.
