okie dokie... here we go my first big build.
I think im postin this in the right forum if im not please feel free to move it just don't rant on about how stupid you think I am. The reason Im posting here to be clear is because I want honest feed back. Tell me what you like and what you don't like about it.

OOOps meant to say about this earlier. This house doesn't come with the car, family or any other hacked objects ect. I removed all of those items before I packaged it.

Hmm, Can't you just used Sims2pack Clean Installer and have it just install the lot and not the buyable cars hack? That should work; I've also gotten rid of the families from occupied house lots that way.

*Edit: Oops, rain and I posted at the same time and I see those hacks are not in the download so never mind heh*

go to the download forum, there is a vehicle package collection there it contains all the cars , trucks and flying objects in the game lol. Love that flyin saucer thingy
