So I was trying to follow a tutorial which said,

Close Bodyshop and open SimPE. Go to “File” then “Open” and go to
C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2\TSData\Res\Sims3D
Note: C is the regular drive that the game is installed on but some people install it on another drive or partition. etc.......

And the confusing part is I get to that folder, up to Sims3d but theirs nothing inside.

I'm really sorry if this is a FAQ, I didn't see anything similar when I looked. (But then again I may need glasses)
