If you mean SimPE the program then you can get it here SimPE download

The download needs to be installed, i.e. you doubleclick the SimPE download to start the install program then follow any on-screen instructions.

If you don't mean the SimPE program then I am at a loss to what you mean, sorry.

All of them work. One Plug-in named SimSurgery or alike doesn't but was useful to export in-game Sims to Body-Shop. I read the german tutorial sent with the last SimPE I downloaded and in a way I thought it easier to understand than the english version. Is it possible to get german tutorials besides the english always???
