 Just wondering if such a thing exists that allows you to morph and create bodies just like you can do for faces?

Like the in game sliders? Nope. Like a meshing program that allows you to make your own bodyshapes? Yup, its called Milkshape. Head on over to Bodyshop Meshing for tutorials about how to do all that.
