Very nice, very pretty indeed....just one slight snag. Wrexham is in WALES, not England :D

Yes..I am aware that Wrexham the place is is Wales near the English border. However, this house was named after the Wrexham family that lives there...for whom it was created.

How beautiful! I don't often comment on houses but I find this one particularly beautiful - looks big and grand while still being quite reasonably sized, and the landscaping is -gorgeous-! Fantastic job!

Thank you so much...your sim self likes it too! She and the Delphy sim you made happen to be my current test couple that I use to playtest my lots. They seemed so at home in this one, I decided to let them stay.
