Hello, sorry if I posted in a wrong section, but I dont really know if this is a tech. problem or a misc. problem.

So point is: my pc is nearly 6 years old, however, it's still pretty powerful w/o upgrades. And back then I splitted my HDD in 2 parts: 20 Gb for C:/ and 120 gb for D:/

Now, to use addons, they must be placed on a C drive and that's where problem comes: I was stupid back then and now I realise that 20 gb is just not enough for a C drive I have only ~500 mb free space on a C disk left and no, I can NOT format or delete smt, only useful stuff is on a C drive, anything else goes for a D or other disks.

But I have downloaded over 2gb of addons (I have main game & seasons), but there's just not enough space to install them all

I've tried to make a shortcuts of addons from D:/ drive and put those shortcuts in a "downloads" folder, but it doesnt loads addons properly: loads only 1 part of an adddon (for example there's a 10 number of eyes in addon, it loads only 1 via shortcut) or does not loads addon at all.

Anything I can do about it? Any way to load addons not from a C:/ drive "documents/EA/downloads" folder, but from another drive?

Sorry my english, it's not my native language.

You downloaded them? Illegally?

Second:
You could try this:

I mean custom content (sims, eyes, clothes, hacks, etc) from this website nearly over ~800 archives. Is it illegal?

No, but you shouldn't call custom content "addons" if you don't want misunderstandings .. most people will think you mean expansion packs.

Newbie Road/Wee Barnoid: Starter houses | Backdoor Lane: Urban lots | Baskerville | Middleground | Elsewhere

I'm gone for now. Boats > Sims. Thanks for everything – it was a great time!

No, i'm sorry. I misread your post.

I was indeed thinking you downloaded Ep's, as PB said.

Glad you got it solved.

Well, I just got used to say "addons", not long "custom content", it's faster

Thanks again for help. Close topic, please.

Accuracy over speed. That's what I say.

I'm worried that my latest Salvation Army donation will result in homeless people looking like sluts from the 90s.
