Nose mask I got from the last model at the end of this page at Sims 2 Cri it says it's an Ephemera nose by Anva , but I couldn't find it on Anva's page here at Mod the Sims.

Lips you can find here under La Pink, no gloss.

Hair is a Helga retexture, but I forgot where I downloaded it from, sorry.
