I think it was a bad idea to start making a sim
family and making the couple's daughter adorably cute.
She ended up growing up looking like... well, words
can't really describe how horrid the result was. Is
there any way you could change the appearance
of your sim? I know that you could use the
mirror, but that's used for the more general things, like
hair and makeup.

Sadly, I don't have the University
expansion pack, and for some odd
reason, the insimenator website isn't
working for me.

just bear in mind that the changes will not be genetic unless you do a further edit with SimPe. This can lead to some unhappy surprises if your sim ever has a baby.

I am Ghost. My husband (who made the account because I was too shy) is sidneydoj. I post, he downloads, and I wanted to keep my post count.

It seems that with some genetics beautiful babies turn into downright ugly toddlers and children, but then end up as really attractive teens and adults. I'm not sure why it happens, but have definitely seen it.

All sim babies look the same (have the same face template, I suppose) and some face features look good on adults but bad on kids or toddlers (for example high cheeks might look nice on adult sim but will not fit properly on a face of a toddler)..

Safest bet for me so far has been to create a good-looking adult but having him/her start as a child or toddler. One of my latest Sims, Yashamaru, had an ape-looking face till the moment he became a young adult. Talk about a complete transformation.

Then again, the Sim you will choose to breed with is another big headache.
