A Tiny Tidy Tudor sits atop this small sized lot. I decided to try my hand at a small lot house instead of huge sprawling lots The outcome is this Large looking but short distance Tudor. A perfect sized house for families of 1-4 people. The uniqueness of this lot is the Swimming Pool, which is enclosed in a 2 story arch roof Glass Solarium. (the roof i built to imagine a retractable roof This lot is fully usable, i played with a sim on it for a bit, as such this house is void of all buyable objects The open airness and short walking distances make this house a sims dream

I built the house on a smaller lot to address some players concerns over walking distances to carpool/mailbox.

Can you make it available for download? I like the looks of it and would like to give it a try.

Yes DarkMoon :howdy: I intended to put it up for download, i was just waiting to see if it got any positive interest, didnt want to clutter the forum with something that no one wanted :wise: Built so many houses that i start to loose my objectivity in regards to which designs of mine are good and which ones are crap

A note about the house..You may want to use the No Gardner/Weed hack, as this house has many overplaced flower bushes, however they can be easily deleted.

2 more night pics of the house as well as .rar file attached

Thanks, I appreciate.....I probably will be deleting a lot of the flower bushes.
I'm more of a Japanese garden type.....simple,peaceful and beautiful.

Gorgeous work, WF... I love that this is not about showing off some tricks, but about making a great house. And I love that it's a small lot.
