Just checked my e-mail and got this:

I'm confused-does this mean I can get it now? The e-mail said this "Pre-load today and play tomorrow with the EA Downloader!" I dunno if I dare risk it..........I've pre-ordered from Amazon, but not dispatched yet so I could cancel.

I believe it's been said it cannot be played til the 18th. So you could download today but not play it til tomorrow.

I could be happy with that. But I think i may rather have the disc, just in case, although I suppose I could re-download if owt went wrong, as I could the Xmas one............Oh I don;t know........decision's, decision's! Thanks for your answer though, glad to know I read it right, and I've not lost my marbles.

of course with it being so close to actually day to be able to play it the downloader is probably swamped
