I just bought this collection rack in my game and the game tip popped up... the sim i bought it for already went to all three different vacation destinations, so i have all souvenirs, i tried putting them on there. U can only fit 5 things on there, so i tried putting them in different positions but nothing special happened, does anyone know what and how u have to put the souvenirs and collectibles on it to get that something special it says in the game tip?

I'm not at all sure. I've tried, too ... although, probably not as hard as you. What about putting things on there that you've dug up. There's supposed a lot of items you can dig up (other than bones and rocks) ... ? I'm not really sure.

According to the Prima Guide, it has to be 5 souvenirs from the the same kind of souvenir stand, but they don't have to be identical (i.e., 5 from the Far East, 5 from the Mountain, 5 from the Island, 5 seashells, or 5 voodoo dolls).

Ahhh! I hadn't gotten that far in the Prima Guide yet. So ... does "souvenir" also include the stuff that you can dig up? Because the souvenir stands only contain the two items mentioned in the Prima Guide.

some of the stuff that you dig up aren't implemented as souvenirs they're stuff like vases and jewlery you have to buy souvenirs I believe in order for you to put them on the rack

I know that 5 sea shells 'amplify the call of nature' - basically makes your bladder bar lower. Apart from that I have no clue.
