After taking a snapshot, why is it there's a balloon saying that my sim didn't take a perfect shot?

No, actually, photos sims take sometimes turn out blurry. Just like it can happen in real life...take another one

Normal shots are perfect shots. If they're not, they come out blurry.

I would like to clear up the little matter of my sanity as it has come into question. I am not in any way, shape, or form, sane. Insane? Hell yes!

People keep calling me 'evil.' I must be doing something right.

I noticed in Twikki if you take a shot in direct sunlight without any shade near, it will turn out blurry.

Back from the dead. Even though nobody cares.
