I have some questions about the witches..
1. How can i get a Broom???
2. My sims in other neighbour hoods how do they become witches when there isn't already a witch in their neighbourhood??

1. Become a witch and you can fly on one. I don't know of a CC one you can use as decoration. search WCIF and if you can't find one that way start a WCIF thread?
2. There is always a witch in a hood. Unless you have somehow managed to prevent the high witch from spawning, there is one in every hood.
