I love those. Im actually very interested in the ones like Workaholic. Its seems very real, and it would be easier for your sims to reach a high level in there career path. So all those are very good.

I'm already trying to imagine what sort of characther will result from the combinations of some of those traits. I think that will be a lot of fun.

Yeah, it's easy to see how we can create really unique or stereotypical sims.

And this is... almost 50?

They've said they've got around 80 to 100 already in game.. and they didn't say that would be all either.

This will be my fun part.

I'm sorta OCD about my sims, and I like to plan them out before hand. It would be a lie if I said I'm not already planning all the different kinds of sims I want... ; )

Mmm, party girls, bookworm geeks, beautiful vegans, evil killers, maybe even a perfectionist slob, lol!

Really that many? Thats great. I think another good one would be perfectionist. There would be so many challenges. Like how to get the perfectionist, and the slob to be attracted to each other or have a relationship. That would be interesting.

You should put the ones that are mutually exclusive next to each other, like:
Good/Evil
Fortunate/Cursed
etc.

Yeah, some of them imply there will be others..
Like, if someone can be insensitive... then maybe there will be a trait for sensitive. That would be cute for the artistic bookworm I have in my head.

Well... psychologically speaking, Klepto's steal small, insignificant items just for the thrill, not for any want or need.
So, I think it should be thinks like trinkets, and shirts, ect ect. They ususally don't steal things other people *need* like a trashcan

Yeah, some of these traits can't go together like good/evil. I would like to know all the traits that cannot go together. By the way, did you forget to put lazy in the list? These are the only ones I can think of:

Good/Evil
Fortunate/Cursed
Lazy/Workaholic
Slob/Neat
Rude/Friendly

Okay, I guess we all get the point, lol.

Do you guys think that gloomy could be a depressed Sim? If so that would be great to make my self Sim! I wish there was a dark-minded one, too, and creative.

And this list is not even the 80 or so we are told. So imagine! I hope there is a mature trait, that seems to be logical if there is already a childish one.

I can't wait to see how the inappropriate trait plays out :D. Chad the inappropriate rock star seemed pretty funny, and I have plenty of sims now that already fit that description :P.

Do I dare disturb the universe?

I'ld love to see a sim with a God complex.

The list looks excellant so far however. I really like perfectionist, paranoid and kleptomaniac.

This sounds so cool! This means I can make sims who are REALLY different. I can't wait!

I'm looking forward to making myself and people I know, bwa ha ha. Choosing 5 traits out of 80-100 will take time to get used to... might have to memorize 'em

I think it might be hard to narrow it down to just 5.

I'm interested in the vegan trait. I'd be feeding them animal products just to find out if anything interesting happens - imagine the dating disasters that could occur.

I think feminime and masculine could be good traits. You always get people that are more feminime or masculine than others. I'm not entirely sure how they could be incorporated though, how would a Sim act feminime or masculine?

Some of these sound super-fun.
But, then again, I'm good at imagining my Sims so I don't really need this. Would be fun though. Definitely a plus.

Thanks for posting these.

I say no to grouping the mutually exclusive traits together because, at this point, I think it's all speculation on which ones won't go together. Even if it follows a "common sense" rule that some shouldn't be together, we still only know for sure that evil/good can't be together.

I love the traits approach to personality. It reminds me of the FATE rpg system.

Yeah, you're right. We probably shouldn't list them as exclusive unless we know for sure. Can't wait until the 19th when the site gets updated! Maybe then they'll list the traits for us! Wishful thinking.

LOL, i was talking to my fiancee about the traits thing.. He said first thing he wants to do is find a vegan girl in game.. And take her out for steak. XD
