Wikipedia.org defines chiaroscuro as “An element in art, chiaroscuro (Italian for clear-dark) is defined as a bold contrast between light and dark.”

The Story: A new modeling agency is opening up in the next town over, but they’re only taking applications from men. The agency, called simply “Chiaroscuro” specializes in medieval, gothic, renaissance, and fantasy-type photographs.

Disclaimer: In this contest, you may be required to pose with another man in a suggestive (but not explicit, we have to keep it PG-13 of course) manner. Please do not enter if you are not willing to comply with the round requirements.

• Photoshop, Corel, and other such programs are allowed but not necessarily required. (For example, the photo above was created with a mural by Hafise25)

Quick question... may we enter sims who have previously been in contests? I've got a guy who I think would be really good for this competition, but he's been in a few contests on other forums. (and won, if that matters)

Short bio: As a midieval fan I've been cast in several films with that theme, though never in a superior role. I was cast as knight nr. 3 in "The Lord of the Rings"... Does this contest involve any type of story-telling?

Hmm...storytelling? Maybe a tiny bit if any--there will be questions to answer at the very least. I try not to make my contests a chore to complete, because I understand writer's block happens. I have ideas in my head for the rounds, but I don't actually make them out until I see what my entrants are capable of.

I would love to enter this and was preparing an application this evening. I was attracted to this contest due to it's content, very different than your average beauty contest. I would love to see this contest continue so since you need judges i'd be willing to judge for you if you'll have me. I've judged beauty contests on Insim and only one design contest here so I have *some* experience lol
