Project Domination 2.0





You open up an envelope that simply had PD 2.0 in big red letters on the front of it. Curious, you open it up to see what's inside. It reads the following:

If you are reading this now, this means that you are interested in participating in Project Domination 2.0 (or we've screwed up and mailed the wrong person). After the success of Project Domination 1.0, the collaboration of the SSEO (Sim Space Exploration Organization) and SASC (Sim Agricultural Science Corporation) have decided to create another Project Domination. We hope to have another successful program like last time.

For those who are unfamiliar with this project, Project Domination is an expensive and very controversial project that was once a well-kept secret but is now talked about in every sim’s home. A selected amount of people are chosen to create their own planet and race, with the supplies and tools all provided by us, the SSEO and SASC. They may have had to sell their house or give away their child’s college fund, but this is an once-in-a-lifetime chance that not everyone is able to have. Unlike Project Domination 1.0, no one will be eliminated this time. The winner will just have full access to their planet and regular civilians will be able to travel to the winning planet (if habitable by humans). The “losing” planets will be freeze-dried and used for our future experiments. So, will you join Project Domination 2.0?

-Rules-
• No one will be eliminated. I want everyone to have a chance to do each round and have a fair chance of winning.
• This contest will require a lot of story-telling. Don’t be discouraged though! This could be a great contest to practice your skills.
• Please only enter if you can spare some of your time to this contest. I’m not asking you to make this contest your life but don’t enter if you know you won’t be able to commit.
• Please PM me if you’re going to drop out. If you lost interest, real life gets in the way, or a certain round is too challenging for you, just tell me and I’ll understand. It’s much better to tell me than to have me waiting for an entry that’ll never come.
• Photoshop is not required but is allowed and encouraged to broaden your creativity.
• Remember, the S2C and Picture-Taking rules apply!
• Be nice to everyone! This is all in fun. I don’t want anyone to feel bad or less accepted for any reason.
• Creativity is a MUST and have fun!

If you want to be a judge, you must have had at least judged/judging two contests. Also, please try to be on regularly. There’s nothing worse than waiting for one last judge who never comes back online, so if you’re not going to be on for a while, you come on occasionally, or you know work/school will get in your way, being a judge will not work for you. You must also be able to send in scores within 24 hours after a round is over plus you will need to add comments with your scores.

Also, only kind and constructive criticism will be allowed from the judges. There will be no mean or hurtful comments sent to the contestants, me, or the judges themselves.

Why do you want to participate in Project Domination 2.0?: I've gotten well concerned with environmental whatnots, being that my country's been really, really industrial ever since that big war two hundred years ago. So I wanna make something that's both an enormous nature reserve and something... I got no words for. I lost my job at the Environmental Dome 'cause apparently it wanted knocking down, so I got nowt to lose.
