This cycle things are going to be terrific, bold, exciting, the tasks, the outfits, hair and make-up. That being said we at ANTM are looking this cycle for models, who will be creative and bold but, always maintain the look and beauty of a top model. Do you have what it takes to be on top??? Do you like exciting locations, beautiful clothes, expressing your inner self? If the answer is yes, and you are a female between the ages of 18-27: of diverse backgrounds, shape and size, you are eligible to apply. Applicants must answer the application questions and have three required photos to these castings.


I can never judge the true potential of an applicant with the normal head shots and body shots. They just do not show just how creative you can be or how you feel about yourself……so, for the application round, we want to know more about you.

You will do 3 photos, 1 being a beauty shot; while the other 2; different sides of your personality. Remember to always show those top model poses and expressions.

Application photo Requirements:
1). A beauty shot on a plain background. Expression should be top model material so no simmy smiles.
2). A photo of 1 side of your personality (ex. girly, diva, goth, tomboy etcs). This can be anywhere from full body to a head shot your choice. Be creative and show us another side of yourself. Remember top model poses and expressions nothing goofy looking.
3). Same as #2. We all have many sides to our personalities (are you a preppy, shy, geek, sexy etc.).

Application Judges Score Card Example:
Creativity 1-10pts
Poses/Expressions 1-10pts
Beauty 1-10pts
Requirements Met 1-10pts
Photo Composion 1-10pts

Be creative on these three shots they are the only thing between making the top 13 and being eliminated. The more the judges can see in regards to creativity, task skill and always those top model poses and expressions….the more chance you have of making it through the applications.

• Only Adult or Young Adult Female between the ages of 18-27 can apply
• Rounds will be 4-5 days (depending on the number of pics required for the tasks). Judging 1 day.
• Photoshopping is allowed and in most cases necessary…there can be no altering of the actual Sims…i.e.: no simmerizing.
• Simposing is allowed but, not required.
• Any size Sims is welcome – The next top model could be thin, plus sized, or anything in between.
• Can enter up to 2 Sims, but only one will make it into the final 13.
• Do not submit downloaded Sims to the contest, they have to be your own creations

The following rules are most important for you to be considered for the each round!
• Make sure that you submit pictures for each round, if you can not submit them in the time frame outlined, send jaela a PM, before the deadline, with an explanation. No deadline extensions will be given unless you have a really good reason (i.e.: pc/game issues, family emergency). If an extension is given it will be only for a few extra hours, no extra days will be handed out. We are being hard on this out of fairness to the other contestants who have made an effort to be on time, we know that emergencies come up and you will not be penalized for those. If you feel that you will not have the time to devote to this and meet the deadlines then you probably are not going to get far in the rounds. Anyone not submitting pictures in the required timeframe or has not be given an extension will be eliminated.
• Any public whining about a task is concerned unprofessional and something that we frown upon.
• Be nice and respectful…finally, have fun and enjoy this experience

Judging Criterion
• Emergency judges will be called in if we have not heard from the main judges within 24 hours of pming them.

Example of Scoring Card:

TASK 1
Creativity 1-10pts
Poses/Expressions 1-10pts
Beauty 1-10pts
Task Completion 1-10pts
Photo Composion 1-10pts
• Each round you will start with zero, (the previous round scores will not be tallied together) After all the points are tallied up, the contestants will be ranked from highest to lowest. The ones with the lowest scores will be eliminated. The number of eliminations per round is dependent on the number of contestants who have submitted their entries on the said round. If you fail to submit one or more of the required pictures, you will be automatically eliminated.



• There will be two main required tasks – this cycle all tasks will be editorial and advertisement shots except for the final round and Round 1 will also, have a group shot included.
• There will be an optional challenge photo shot – You will be judged on this plus everyone doing it will be given an automatic 10 point bonus.
• The person who is the judges’ favorite for task 1, task 2 and the challenge will receive 5 bonus points to their score.
• NEW!!!! “Buddy System” for Round 1, 2 and 3 you will be assigned a “buddy” for each of those rounds….one of the other girls in the competition. If you are eliminated and your “buddy” for that round is the winner of the round with the highest score….she will carry you through to the next round…..you will become un-eliminated. So, it will benefit you to urge your “buddy” on and encourage them because she just might be the one that can restore you to the competition.

What are your thoughts and hopes as you enter this contest? My hope is that I could get pass the application round. LOL, well my real hopes for this contest is to grow as a person and become more model like. I do believe I am a inspiring model that is testing out different things in order to become more of the model than I was before, but I do believe that this contest will force the unknown model out of me. Someone that really needs it.

·What are your thoughts and hopes as you enter this contest?: It has been a long time since I last entered to a contest and I think this one will be agreat opportunity to learn more about creativity and partnership because of the "buddy" idea which I found great! My hope is to pass the rounds, it doesn't mean to win but to have to opportunity to show my skills or at least try to show them all the contest round.
